Image: Fiona DaffnerNathalie Manco Villa was from 2019 to 2021 educational coordinator, researcher and evaluator at the NGO Somos CaPAZes, located in Bogotá, Colombia, where she worked in the field of peace building and reconciliation processes. She also worked in international cooperation for the GIZ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and the Goethe-Institut in Lima, Peru. Currently, she is a Ph.D candidate at Jena Center for Reconciliation Studies. Her research involves the reconciliation process in public schools and teacher's role in violence-affected areas in Colombia.
